One of Colorado’s oldest premium wineries, located on California Mesa with views of the snow-capped San Juan Mountains.
The winery is nestled among the most prolific vines in the area. The land is 44 acres 22 planted to grapes, including Pinot Noir, Merlot, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Lemberger most of it under drip lines. The property is in 4 seperate parcels of around ten acres each, and 2 acres with a 1,660sf farm house home.
The tasting and barrel room is 3360 sf and there is a 1260 sf wine making building including all wine making equipment. The winery had produced up to 4000 cases it can easily produce 5000 cases a year, the barrel room would hold 100 barrels.
The vineyard needs to be pruned and trained for the 2022 season. Irrigation water is plentiful, 10 acres are planted usually to corn or beans. This is a turnkey vineyard and winery opportunity.
